Policy

SHIPPING

We ship only the finest mangoes, harvested at the peak of their sweetness and flavor, and rushed fresh to you. If unseasonable weather affects the harvest, fruit shipments may be delayed up to three weeks.

We strongly recommend customers to select overnight delivery. Mangoes may get bad in deliveries that take two or more days. Customer not opting for overnight deliveries should do so at their own risk. Mangoes 4 US will not be liable for any bad mangoes if the customer chooses a delivery service that takes two or more days.

FedEx Home Delivery service delivers overnight in most of the North East area. For customer’s convenience we have included a map that shows overnight delivery region. Customers falling beyond the overnight delivery region are highly recommended to choose the Express service.

All orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure timely delivery. Most orders are sent within 1 business day of receipt. Orders received from Thursday through Sunday will be sent the following Monday.

Customers have to ensure that someone is available at home to receive the delivery. In case the shipping service leaves the delivery at the doorstep, customer will be responsible for ensuring that it is picked up and secured properly. Mangoes 4 US will not be liable for any damage to the product due to the product been left unsecured.

 

STORE POLICY

Mangoes go through multiple quality checks to ensure they are the best in quality and don’t have any bruises or spongy-tissue.

Since mangoes are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, they should let us know within six hours of receiving or picking-up the product.

All Sales are Final. No exchanges. No Refunds. Mangoes 4 US reserves the right to make a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
A 20% cancellation charge will apply if the customer decides to cancel the order for any reason.

 

STORE PICK-UP

Once the customer places an online order with the option of store pickup, customer will be responsible to pick up the product within two to three days. We suggest customers to check the mangoes before they leave the store. We will replace bad mangoes. Mangoes 4 US will not be liable for any damaged mangoes if the customers’ order is picked up by a third party. All sales are final for customers who select store pick-up and choose the mangoes.

 

DELIVERY SERVICE


Mangoes 4 US sells mangoes only. We partner with the best delivery company to ensure safe and timely delivery. For delivery issues, customer should resolve the issues with the delivery company. In case the customer doesn’t receive the product on the date and time mentioned by the shipping company or the shipment gets delayed due to any reason, customer should contact the shipping company first and then notify us immediately. We will work with the customer and shipping company to resolve any delivery issues immediately. We may offer the customer a full refund or replacement. However, all refunds will be on a case by case basis.

If any customer makes unjustified or superfluous complaints, Mangoes 4 US reserves to right to not serve the customer in future.
